Is there really anyone cuter than Elle Fanning? Somehow I doubt it. Her quirky and adventurous sense of style has cemented her in my list of style icons. Seriously, this girl is only thirteen and is showing up stars twice her age on the red carpet. The fact that Rodarte is her favorite designer only makes her cooler.
