Look of the Day: Feeling Blue






   Blue is my favorite color. This is not a secret by any stretch of the imagination, but at times it can be a bit of a problem. For example last night I was trying to figure out what to wear out to dinner and was having difficulty putting together an outfit. This was because at least 85% of my wardrobe is blue or some variation of navy. While I managed to pull together this monochromatic look which I like, I think I am going to make conscious effort to avoid purchasing blue items. At least, for a while. Do you think this is a good idea?
P.S. The sun is casting a weird yellowish glow on most of the pictures. Sorry! Also, I have no idea why the picture of my shoes is sideways.

    The polka dot blouse is so cute! I have a lot of black in my wardrobe so lately I've been making a conscious effort to add more color :)

    And hmmm, haha, well its always more fun if you have variety in your closet so you can mess around and mix things together, so branching out would probably be a good thing :)

    Loving the all blue everything look! Blue really is the must have color for this spring and summer.

    I don't think you should be banning the color blue from your wardrobe , its too good of a color!

    I always like to stick to my favorites, because you know you will always like to wear your blue items... But then again it's nice to try to purchase things that are little outside of what is expected :) I'd say don't stop buying all the blue items... Just buy them sometimes :)

    Wahhh I had the same problem, I shopped at mostly Hollister and Abercromobie so almost my entire wardrobe was either navy blue, blue, or grey. So I had to stop buying those colors for a while. Your blue outfit looks really pretty, the polka dots are so cute :)
